Acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of rivetcove.com and the game published on it. By confirming your age and continuing to use the site, you accept them. Where you do not accept them, the appropriate step is to close the page.

Eligibility

The platform is available to individuals aged 18 years or over. Passing the age confirmation is a representation that you meet that requirement. Rivetcove may restrict access where it has reason to believe the requirement is not met. Where a device is shared with a minor, the account holder is responsible for applying appropriate browser or operating system controls.

Nature of the game

The game published on this site is a free social game. It is not gambling, it is not a betting product, and it is not a demonstration or trial version of one. There is no deposit, no purchase, no wager, no prize and no payout. Outcomes are generated by the browser's random number facility and no result carries any commercial consequence.

Points

Points awarded by the game hold no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, traded, transferred, redeemed or exchanged for cash, goods, prizes, credit or any other benefit, whether on this site or elsewhere. A balance is a numeric value stored in the visitor's own browser. Rivetcove gives no undertaking that a balance will persist: clearing browsing data, changing device or using a private browsing session will reset it, and no liability is accepted for a balance that is lost in this way.

Acceptable use
